Despite what the carnivores might have you believe, vegan cuisine offers equally vibrant pairing possibilities and can even hold its own alongside bold red wines—often better than many traditional meat-based dishes. Because pairing vegetarian and vegan food with wine is often considered one of the more challenging aspects of plant-based dining, Chef Emily will be creating bold, flavor-forward vegan dishes designed to beautifully complement vegan wines.
